From the moment I met Paula we formed an instantly deep connection. Perhaps it was that she spoke like my husband’s family in Ireland, which brought me comfort? Or perhaps I could hear the authenticity in her voice? Whatever it was, I felt as if I knew her forever!
We did a discovery call and we talked about doing the 12- week metamorphosis program. It sounded like the perfect fit as I was coming to terms with changes I had to make since becoming a mom over three and a half years ago. I needed to rediscover who I was and determine my needs and desires as a woman.
The most important thing I learned during the 12 weeks was that I was not alone. This was a collaboration, in its truest form, and we were in it together. We began with goal setting, which I appreciated because it grounded our work. With that said, I experienced some life challenges during our work, which made it hard to always stay goal-focused. Through it all, Paula was incredibly adaptable and made adjustments to support me. I knew I could bring my full self to her each and every week. That in itself is a gift. She stood by me on the roller coaster of life with grace, acceptance, and compassion. I am eternally grateful for her calm and steady presence.
After 12 weeks I walked away with more confidence in my ability to 1. Create a life that brings me joy; 2. Nurture my gifts; 3. Commit to positive changes. I needed her mentorship and support to remind myself of who I am and who I long to be.
