Option 1 - Kundalini Yoga
Through breath, movement, and mantra we will reset our nervous system in a team building session. This yoga session will be accessible to beginners and will target techniques to help boost work performance.
Option 2 - Open Conversations
Reclaim your life post COVID. In this open conversation lead by Paula, you will participate in an interactive exercise designed for introspection and invited to share your experiences of courage and growth.
Option 3 - Guest Speaker
Moderated session with Internal or external guest Speaker depending on your topics of interest. This workshop is perfect for featuring your leadership values highlighted by Paula's interview.
