From Wall Street Executive to..

…Transformational Coach

Helping Women and Leaders Redefine Success

Paula Jennings is a transformational coach, executive leadership facilitator, and founder of Metamorphosis, dedicated to helping accomplished women and leaders reconnect with themselves, navigate meaningful life transitions, and redefine success on their own terms.

With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience on Wall Street, Paula understands what it means to build a successful career, carry significant responsibility, and continually strive to meet the expectations of others.

She also understands the quieter questions that can emerge beneath outward success:

Is this the life I truly want? What about me? What becomes possible when I no longer have to prove my worth?

Her own journey from corporate executive to transformational coach revealed a profound truth: lasting fulfillment doesn’t come from doing more, achieving more, or becoming someone else. It begins with developing the self-awareness, courage, and presence to live and lead as who we truly are.

Today, Paula brings together executive leadership experience, transformational coaching, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and embodied self-awareness to help individuals and organizations navigate change with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Her approach is compassionate, practical, and deeply experiential. Drawing on her training in executive coaching, trauma-informed practices, Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic awareness, and sound healing, Paula creates space for people to move beyond habitual patterns of overthinking, overgiving, perfectionism, and self-doubt.

Through her signature Metamorphosis 120 program and private coaching, Paula supports women navigating significant life and career transitions, particularly those who have spent years caring for others, achieving, and holding everything together, yet sense that something within them is calling for change.

In her corporate leadership work, Paula helps leaders and teams cultivate emotional intelligence, psychological safety, authentic communication, and the capacity to navigate uncertainty. As artificial intelligence reshapes the workplace, she believes that presence, discernment, empathy, and human connection are becoming even more essential to effective leadership.

Through coaching, leadership development workshops, retreats, and speaking engagements, Paula invites people to move beyond survival, striving, and proving into a more conscious, connected, and meaningful way of living and leading.

Her philosophy is simple: You don’t have to become someone else to create a meaningful next chapter. You begin by coming home to yourself.
