Wise, Wild & Whole
Cliffs of Moher Retreat
July 25 to July 30 2026
An Energetic Upgrade for Conscious Leaders
This is not a vacation.
This is a recalibration.
Set against the raw power of Ireland’s western edge, this intimate retreat at the Cliffs of Moher is designed for conscious, successful leaders who are ready to restore their nervous system, clarify their inner authority, and step into their next level of leadership and service.
Here, nature does the heavy lifting. Ancient land holds the field.
And carefully curated practices guide you back into alignment with what matters most.
You will leave rested, yes. but more importantly, you will leave clearer, steadier, and more resourced to live and lead from a deeper place.
This experience is for those who already do well and are ready to serve at a higher capacity without burning out
Why This Retreat Exists
This retreat exists for one reason: to lead you to reclaim your inner authority.
From that center point, everything else reorganizes: your nervous system settles, clarity emerges, creativity flows, and leadership becomes sustainable
This retreat was created as a pause with purpose, a space to regulate the nervous system, reconnect to inner wisdom, and listen for what’s next.
Why Ireland ?
The land holds what we’ve forgotten. These cliffs have witnessed human transformation for millennia. The edge teaches us about thresholds. The ocean’s rhythm entrains our nervous system. This isn’t metaphor, it’s how environment shapes consciousness
Where Transformation Meets Tranquility
This Retreat is For You If…
You’re a conscious leader, meaning you recognize your inner landscape shapes your outer impact. Whether you lead teams, organizations, movements, families, or creative endeavors, you understand that how you show up matters as much as what you accomplish.
You’ve already done inner work, therapy, coaching, spiritual practice, somatic work, and you’re not looking for an introduction to self-awareness. You’re ready for the next layer: deeper embodiment, nervous system recalibration, and living what you already know.
You’re financially self-sufficient and value premium experiences, not because of status, but because you understand that transformation requires the right container. You invest in quality and recognize that true restoration can’t be rushed or commodified.
You’re running on old momentum, even though things look good from the outside, you feel the gap between your capacity and your current state. You’re giving more than you’re resourced to sustain, and you know something needs to recalibrate before you hit empty.
You love beauty, humor, and meaningful connection, you’re not here to perform spirituality or prove anything. You want depth without heaviness, transformation without pretense, and the kind of authentic relating that only happens when people drop their armor.
You feel the call to serve at a higher capacity, without burning out, without sacrificing yourself, without losing what matters most in the process. You know there’s a more sustainable way to lead and live, and you’re ready to find it.
This Retreat Is Not For You If…
You’re new to inner work and personal responsibility. This retreat assumes you already have tools and self-awareness. If you’re just beginning your journey, we celebrate that, but this particular container may feel too unstructured or assume too much familiarity with internal exploration.
You’re seeking constant stimulation, entertainment, or a party atmosphere—this is not a vacation disguised as wellness. There will be spaciousness, silence, solitude, and invitation to feel whatever is present. If you’re uncomfortable with slowness or unstructured time, this may not be your experience.
You want surface-level wellness or quick fixes. If you’re looking for a week of pampering without being asked to look inward, there are wonderful spa retreats that will serve you better. This work asks for your participation, presence, and willingness to meet what emerges.
You’re unwilling to be uncomfortable. Ireland’s west coast is wild and weather is unpredictable. Transformation requires threshold moments. If you need everything to be comfortable, controlled, and convenient, this may not be the right fit.
You’re not ready to slow down, feel, and listen inward. This retreat operates at a different pace than the world you’re leaving behind. If you can’t imagine five days without constant productivity or external validation, it may be too soon.

ANCIENT SACRED WELL
Blessed by the waters.
Held by the land.
Renewed by the light.
Lughnasadh Blessing at St. Brigid’s Well
Our retreat aligns with Lughnasadh (pronounced loo-nah-sah), a sacred Celtic festival honoring the turning of the seasons, the first harvest and the dance between Summer and Autumn.
This ancient feast day celebrates Lugh, the radiant Sun God, and Tailtiu, the harvest goddess who embodies the fruitful abundance of the Earth. It is a time to gather, give thanks, and honor both what has blossomed and what is ready to be released.
During our journey, we’ll visit the holy well of St. Brigid in Liscannor, a revered place of healing and renewal where the waters are said to carry blessings from the goddess herself. Together, we’ll offer our prayers, gratitude, and intentions, giving thanks to the Gods, Goddesses, and our ancestors for their guidance, and asking for their support as we harvest our own inner light.
This ceremony is a moment to pause, to honor the cycles of nature and of our lives, and to receive the blessings of the land heart open, spirit full.
